I just had the biggest heart attack of my entire life 💀 I drafted a text explaining I'm bisexual to a guy I've been seeing, and accidentally hit send right into my brother's chat. Before I could delete it, he replied: "OMG thank god, I thought you found out about me and Lucas 😭" Wait... what just happened?! Do I just act like this never happened or talk to him?!

Deep breath: you just experienced a glitch in the matrix, and for once, the universe handled your coming out for you.
Instead of an awkward family disaster, you accidentally orchestrated the most efficient double-reveal in sibling history. You were sweating bullets over opening up about being bisexual, he was panicking that his secret boyfriend got busted, and now you’ve both bypassed months of agonizing overthinking in a single notification pop-up.
You definitely do not ignore this. You lean all the way into the comedy of it. Text him right back: "First of all: who is Lucas, and second: pizza at my place tonight so we can both stop hyperventilating?"
Navigating your sexuality during your apprenticeship while trying to date is chaotic enough on a good day. Stumbling into having an instant ally who literally shares your DNA is the best accidental plot twist you could’ve asked for. Go talk to your new co-conspirator.
