i was presenting to clients today and mirrored my ipad to the big screen and out of nowhere this guy from tinder sends the filthiest text like full preview right there for everyone to see. my hands were shaking so bad i just unplugged the cable. nobody said anything yet but my supervisor definitely saw it. do i bring it up or act like it never happened? i feel sick.

Don't wait for your supervisor to corner you, but don't over-explain either. A brief, calm acknowledgment clears the air without putting the dirty details back under a spotlight.
Right now your brain is convincing you your apprenticeship is over. It almost certainly isn't. Half the people in that room were probably checking their own emails, and the other half are politely pretending they saw nothing out of sheer awkwardness. Still, ignoring it completely makes it seem like you don't care about professional boundaries.
Catch your supervisor for thirty seconds today and say: "I want to apologize for that inappropriate text notification during the slides earlier—I was mortified, and I’ve completely shut off personal alerts on that tablet." That proves you recognized the slip, took ownership, and already fixed the problem.
Then, turn 'Do Not Disturb' on permanently during work hours, and tell this guy that dropping explicit messages in the middle of your workday without warning isn't okay. A messy screen blunder is painful, but it's not a career death sentence.
